Shipping to the Canary Islands or outside of Europe

As we are located in mainland Spain, international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes separate from the shipping cost. These charges, set by each local authority, are the buyer's responsibility and are payable upon delivery.

Approximate delivery times

• 📍 Spain and Portugal (Peninsula): 24–48 working hours.

• 🇪🇺 Europe (standard shipping): 3–5 business days.

• 🌍 International: 5–7 business days.

Please note that during peak periods (sales, Christmas, etc.) delivery times may be slightly longer, and although we work with the best couriers, we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.

4. Returns Policy

At Moncan, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return the product.

Conditions:

· Product in perfect condition, unused and with original packaging.

· Refund via the same payment method.

· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of Moncan error or defective product.

How to request a refund:

1. Write to us at moncan.redes@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

2. We will send you instructions and a shipping address.

3. After verifying the product, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days .
